We will use our consultative skills to collaborate with you to develop an eating plan that works. We will emphasize whole, organic, unprocessed foods. The following is a list of possible topics and diet plans available:
Eat your water. Use Navel Oranges, Grapefruits, lemons, limes, pomelos, tangerines & strawberries.
Incorporate low stress proteins like ocean fish, organic free range chicken, eggs, sprouts, seeds, fermented soy products like miso and tempeh.
